Client's Specification

The scheme can be handled on the basis of a detailed specification, with full working drawings.  If a site proves particularly difficult, or a number of different facilities form a larger development being undertaken at the same time, this would be the preferred way of obtaining genuinely comparable tenders.  If this type of method of procurement is selected, we will produce the drawings and bill of quantities required to allow tenders to be sought.
